Cooperstown Bat Custom CB One-Hand Hand Path Heavy Trainer is a take on the popular Cam Trainers – Use this bat with training the top or bottom hand individually off the tee, soft toss or BP. This unique trainer teaches the proper hand path in a swing. When you keep your hands close to the body in the swing the bat weight is manageable. When your hands get away from the body you’ll feel the full weight of this heavy bat.

This One-Hand Trainer will also build strength in the core and forearms that are used for swing speed. Use these trainers for warms ups on the tee and soft toss. It takes time to build muscle if you haven’t been using this kind of trainer.
